We are pleased to announce the appointment of Nieke Martens as a member of Anadolubank N.V.’s Supervisory Board, effective 27 May 2025. Her appointment reflects our continued commitment to strong governance and strategic oversight.
With close to 30 years of experience in senior executive and banking roles, Nieke brings a wealth of expertise, a diverse product knowledge and broad governance perspectives. Her leadership background spans top-tier institutions including ABN-AMRO, Rabobank, Van Lanschot Kempen and McKinsey & Company.
Furthermore we are pleased to announce the appointment of Maarten Rosenberg as the chairman of the Supervisory Board, effective 27 May 2025. Having joined as a member in summer 2023, Maarten has a solid understanding of the bank’s activities, it’s shareholder and governance next to bringing over 30 years of banking, risk, compliance, regulatory expertise and executive leadership formed at top-tier institutions such as Rabobank, MUFG Bank and ACE + Company.
We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to Bert Smith, who will be stepping down as the chairman of the Supervisory Board. Bert has made lasting and significant contributions during his tenure spanning multiple terms, and we thank him for his dedication and service.
